As a coach, I hold the belief that anything is possible.  You want to lose 100 pounds?  Well, I believe you can do it!  It’s part of the reason I’m doing it.  You want to start a business?  I know you can do it!  Do you feel like there is something bigger that you are supposed to be doing with your life?  I believe you have an amazing gift to share with the world and that coaching can help you take the action steps to do that.  Coaching is also about being your best, doing your best and having everything your heart desires.

The purpose of life coaching is to explore your dreams and goals, to stay actively involved in creating your life and to live in choice. Coaching will help you to remember who you really are and who you really want to be on a daily basis.  Do It Like a Girl! specifically focuses on helping new and struggling women entrepreneurs and coaches to develop their businesses, turn their problems into opportunities, avoid making the 7 most common mistakes that women entrepreneurs make, get more clients and have a ton of fun doing it.  While business coaching is the primary focus, it provides the access for the deeper coaching work which includes life balance, being in choice, expanding your range, leadership and achieving personal goals, as well.
